First quarter summary meeting

On the noon of April 11th, regardless of the fatigue of the journey, all the friends held a quarterly summary meeting after a brief rest. At the meeting, the backbone of each department summarized the department's work in the first quarter and made a work plan for the next quarter. The meeting was held in a roundtable discussion format, with a warm and harmonious atmosphere. The company leaders summarized and commented on the company's various work, identified the shortcomings of the current stage of work, clarified the work direction, and encouraged the next quarter's work.

At the beginning of the activity, the instructor gave the order and everyone was randomly divided into groups. Through team building and expansion, ice breaking integration, and pressure relief, you come and go, the activity ignited team enthusiasm. Everyone cooperated with each other and had a great understanding. In the midst of laughter and joy, not only did we relax our bodies and minds, but we also enhanced our trust and collaborative abilities.

Outdoor outing

This spring appointment is not so much about team building as it is a collective writing about "home" - making the East Coast a bridge connecting employees and families, and making collaboration no longer an accessory of KPIs, but like the roots of spring, rooting down and growing up in every interaction. The best team is never the warmth of "gathering as a fire", but the warmth of "scattering as a sky full of stars", where each individual can find their own spring in the collective.
